One Account Per Person

Bonus Terms Apply

Withdrawals in Philippine Peso

Bets Are Final

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and PhilLucky. When you register an account, make a deposit, or place a bet, you are confirming that you have read and understood these terms. PhilLucky operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our operations must comply with Philippine law, and these Terms reflect those requirements. 1 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at PhilLucky, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

PhilLucky may request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to establish or maintain an account is a serious breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated from an ineligible account may be voided and forfeited.

2 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one PhilLucky account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as attempted fraud.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — your username and password — confidential. PhilLucky will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your login details secure.

PhilLucky accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or transfer ownership of your account to another person under any circumstances.

Reminder: If you suspect your PhilLucky account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at support@phillucky.best. We can freeze your account while we investigate.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your PhilLucky account must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to someone else — are not accepted and will be reversed upon detection.

PhilLucky accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels:

E-wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
Bank transfers: InstaPay and PESONet — covering BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other member banks
Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). PhilLucky does not charge transaction fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited to your PhilLucky wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment network — typically instantaneous for GCash and Maya.

PhilLucky reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds if a deposit triggers internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) review thresholds. This is a regulatory obligation, not a discretionary policy.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your PhilLucky account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, but PhilLucky may apply daily withdrawal thresholds in line with AML obligations.

Before processing your first withdrawal, PhilLucky requires completion of identity verification (KYC). This is a one-time process — see Section 7 for details. Processing times are typically:

GCash and Maya: 30 to 60 minutes
GrabPay and Coins.ph: up to 2 hours
Bank transfer (InstaPay/PESONet): up to 1 business day
Visa/Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days

PhilLucky does not charge withdrawal fees. If a withdrawal is returned for any reason — such as an incorrect account number — the funds will be returned to your PhilLucky wallet for you to resubmit with the correct details.

5 Betting Rules

A bet placed at PhilLucky is accepted only when PhilLucky confirms it and a bet reference number is issued. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. PhilLucky reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation, consistent with our PAGCOR licence conditions.

Bets are final once confirmed. They cannot be cancelled, changed, or cashed out unless a Cash Out feature is explicitly available for that specific market. If a technical error prevents a bet from being processed correctly, PhilLucky will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue; if resolution is not possible, the relevant stake will be refunded to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Attempting to place bets that exceed published maximum limits may result in automatic stake reduction to the maximum permitted amount.

For virtual sports and simulated games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final. No complaint about virtual sports outcomes will be upheld on grounds that the result was "unlikely" or "unfair" — the RNG operates independently of PhilLucky staff.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PhilLucky offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry dates. These specific terms supplement — and in the case of conflict, take precedence over — any general statements in advertising or marketing materials.

Key principles that apply to all PhilLucky promotions:

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus funds that have not been wagered by the stated expiry date will be removed from the account without replacement.
Free bets do not form part of any return — only winnings from a successful free bet are credited as real funds, not the stake itself.
PhilLucky may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account restriction.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

PhilLucky is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a one-time requirement.

To complete KYC, you will need to submit:

A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, Driver's Licence, PRC ID, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID)

Opening or maintaining more than one account
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
Attempting to access or use another player's account
Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with PhilLucky
Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotional structures
Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering)
Placing bets with knowledge of insider information about the outcome of a real-world event
Any conduct that PhilLucky reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or in bad faith

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PhilLucky may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, regulatory violation, or risk of harm to other players or to the integrity of the platform. Where possible, the affected player will be notified prior to action and given an opportunity to respond.

Upon permanent account closure by PhilLucky for cause, any real-money balance in the account will be reviewed. Balances determined to be legitimately earned from fair play will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations or bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PhilLucky support. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed normally. Open bets will be settled according to their market terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

PhilLucky provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues. PhilLucky's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 90 days.

PhilLucky shall not be liable for any losses that result from: acts of God or force majeure; third-party payment processing failures; telecommunications or internet service disruptions; or your failure to follow the instructions and Terms set out herein.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of PhilLucky shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
